Update on Shul Building

Whilst essential repair and redecoration takes place, the shul building will be out of action for a number of weeks. But we will still be holding services, either via Zoom or at another location.

The Colchester and District Jewish Community is a congregation of families and individuals from diverse backgrounds, brought together by a shared interest in Judaism, a strong sense of community and a common history.

Our small but beautiful synagogue in Colchester was built in the 1960s and is the focus of our social, religious and educational activities. We are a warm, friendly and welcoming community.
